I haven’t had one of these in so long where I feel slightly creative and have a functioning computer at my fingertips. Today will be spent photoshopping and shipping. ..after this conference call for work…
This summer I got 6 seasons on DVD and for my birthday I got another 4 so that’s how I’ve been rewatching. There are some episodes on youtube but unfortunately, as far as I know, there aren’t any full seasons. I’m sure they’re available online somewhere… I just don’t know where! Sorry!!
I think Amazon Prime would allow you to stream them on your computer. I know they’re not on netflix; not sure about hulu plus…
To those Rose fans who are disappointed in Billie Piper’s actual role in The Day of the Doctor:
Look at it this way, though: Rose/The Bad Wolf stood out so prominently in the Doctor’s mind that the artificial intelligence chose her form to communicate with the doctor. Not River, not Donna, not Sarah Jane.
While those women are also very important to the doctor, The Bad Wolf - Rose - stands out even more for whatever reason. Maybe he catches himself thinking about her, even hoping he’ll see the words “Bad Wolf” written somewhere because, yes that generally means disaster, but it also means that Rose is nearby.
Maybe he still asks himself what Rose would say or do in a particular situation.
Not to mention the fact that The Bad Wolf, which is a combination of Rose and the TARDIS, spans all of time and space.
Whatever the reason it also means that in a way, Rose is always with the Doctor, no matter what form he takes, past or present. The Bad Wolf/Rose Tyler stays consciously with him throughout this travels.
In a way, Rose Tyler helped save Gallifrey, the Doctor’s home.
And that is an encouraging thought.
More feels on this later, because, if not, I’ll just ramble.
